Load Binder is also known as chain binder, chain tensioners, normally used with grade 70 binder chains. Its main function is to tighten the steel chains around the loads. Load binders have 2 different types: ratchet binders and lever binders. With ratchet chain binders, you can ratchet the binder to tighten and lock it in place. With lever chain binders, you tighten the chains with a fixed length and require additional steps to lock the lever.
